How is my print shipped?

Currently, all prints are shipped in a rigid mailer to prevent damage during transport.

How long do original paintings take to be dispatched?

Due to the method and materials used to package an original piece of art, please allow the artist 7-14 business days to make sure your painting is safely and securely packaged to ensure the best protection against damage during transport.

This is a gift, could you write a special note for the receiver?

Yes! If this is a gift for someone, please let us know the name of who is receiving the gift before you add your print to the cart, and we will be sure to add a personal touch for them.

My print/original arrived damaged. What do I do?

We are so sorry to hear that. Although we have absolutely no control over what happens during transport, it hurts us as much as it hurts you to see your purchase arrive damaged, especially with our best efforts to package your print/original as securely as we can. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with pictures of the item, packaging, and a detailed description of the damage so we can start the claims process.

Please see below for dispatch timeframes based on location. Please note, prints take 3-7 business days to be sent to the courier. Originals take 7-14 days.

Are the prints signed by the artist?

All prints have been photographed with the original signature already on the painting.

Do your print sizes include the border?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All print sizes displayed INCLUDE the white border. This allows a more seamless look when framed, and ensures that none of the painting portion is covered. Please use the pictures displayed on the website as a reference to how it may look once framed.

Is the artist taking commissions right now?

The artist is no longer taking commissions. Should this change, we will update the website.

What finish of fine art paper do you use?

Accepted Answer

As of right now, we are strictly using a matte finish fine art paper with a canvas like look to mimic canvas paper. We use matte only as most of our clients frame their art prints. This allows no glare so that your print can be viewed from all angles with a beautiful, canvas like texture.
