Shipping Policy

All prints are shipped via Canada Post. Originals of any size are shipped via Canada Post or UPS directly to your door, requiring a signature to be released to the buyer. Prints will not require a signature. Once dispatched, you will be notified. Your tracking information (if included) will be provided to you.

PLEASE NOTE: The studio is NOT responsible for any delays in shipping due to reasons such as, but not limited to: weather, high volume shipments due to holidays, customs, failed delivery attempts, covid, etc.

DUTIES AND TAXES

The studio is NOT liable for additional import fees on any product(s) purchased. This includes all retail pieces, both prints and originals. This will also include any future merchandise added to the site. It will always be the responsibility of the buyer to pay any duties, value added tax or any other possible charges to receive your shipment.

 

If these additional amounts are refused by you, the buyer, your delivery will be returned to our studio. Provided that the product is in its original condition, free of flaws and damage, we will refund you, the buyer, the cost of your purchase MINUS the costs of shipping to and from your country/place of residence. Please keep in mind, the studio pays a generous amount to ship originals. When purchasing any product off of our website, it is understood by you that import duties and taxes may apply, and if refused, you will not receive the item you have purchased and this shipping amount will be deducted from your refund.
 

Items are declared at purchase value for exporting.

Should your item be damaged upon transport, please contact us within 7 days of arrival so we can make the claim for you.

UNCOLLECTED SHIPMENTS

We are unable to ship your artwork for free again if your parcel/package was uncollected from your local post office for any reason. If this occurs, we will refund you the difference between retail and shipping. If you would still like your package, please contact us and we will rearrange a reshipment. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Below are our policies on returns for both prints, and originals. Please note, colour calibrations may differ due to computer monitors. Returns will not be accepted due to "off colour" as computer monitors and phone screens can alter what you see online vs what is printed/painted in person.

Fine Art Prints:
Prints are DELICATE. Care information is provided in your shipment. Please read carefully before opening. We do not take returns due to damage from negligence of not properly caring for your print. If damaged while shipped, please send us photos within 7 days of delivery. If after assessing the damage in your photos we deem it abnormal, we will be more than happy to send you a new print free of charge and at no shipping cost to you as soon as the next print run is done. We have the right to refuse a refund should we believe the print was tampered with.

EXCHANGES: We do not accept exchanges at this time.

RETURNS:
We will gladly accept returns of prints in it's original and unhandled condition (warranty seal has not been broken.) We will refund your purchase after it has arrived back in the studio (PRINTS ONLY.) The print(s) will be inspected upon arrival, and if deemed in original condition and not opened, a refund will be issued. Should any alterations, damage, etc. occur (not at fault by shipper,) the studio has a right to refuse a refund. PLEASE USE THE SAME RIGID MAILER TO RETURN. WE WILL NOT REFUND DUE TO IMPROPER PACKAGING OF THE PRINT RESULTING IN DAMAGE DURING SHIPMENT. DO NOT PUT IN PAPER/BUBBLE MAILER.

Original Art: All original purchases are FINAL. If damaged during shipment, please contact us within 7 days with photos. After inspected by the shipping company and deemed as damage not resulting from negligence of the buyer, we will start the claims process with the courier.
